- I've picked out my icons, what's next?
I will create a mock-up of icons and placements within 1 week of your order; I allow 2 revisions after that. After the 2 revisions, there will be an additional charge for changes. Once final placement is approved, I am unable to accommodate any modifications.
- Do you have a list of icons?
No, due to the uniqueness of this shirt, we can create whatever your heart desires!
- How many icons can I have?
Up to, but no more than 30!

By placing an order, you are agreeing to the following terms:

**Custom & Made to Order**
Each Everything Oxford Button Down Shirt is custom embroidered and made to order based on the personalization details provided at checkout. Because every shirt is handmade, slight variations in embroidery placement, thread color, sizing, and overall design layout may occur.

**Personalization Details**
Please double-check all initials, names, dates, colors, and design requests before submitting your order. I will use the exact information provided at checkout, so I am not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete personalization details.

**Design Placement**
Embroidery placement may vary depending on shirt size, design size, and overall layout. Photos shown are examples of past work and may not be copied exactly unless discussed and approved. Each shirt is designed to feel balanced and unique.

**Cancellations**
Cancellations cannot be accepted.

**Returns & Exchanges**
Due to the custom nature of this item, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless there is an error on my part. If there is an issue with your order, please message me within 3 days of delivery so I can help resolve it.

**Sizing**
The shirt has a relaxed/oversized fit, but sizing preferences vary by customer. I am not responsible for sizing issues if the size ordered is received correctly.

**Color Disclaimer**
Thread colors and shirt color may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

**Turnaround Time**
4-10 weeks
Turnaround time begins once all personalization details are received and confirmed. Shipping time is separate from production time and is controlled by the shipping carrier.

**Shipping**
Once an order is shipped, I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

**Copyright & Trademarked Designs**
I cannot recreate copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed designs unless you have permission to use them. Custom requests must be appropriate for embroidery and may be adjusted as needed.

**Design Preview/Approval**
Before stitching, a digital preview will be sent for review. This preview allows you to look over the selected icons, layout, initials, dates, colors, and any other requested details before the shirt is made.

Please take time to carefully check the preview. Since this shirt includes several custom elements, the approved preview will be used as the guide for embroidery. Any incorrect icon, color, spelling, or placement shown in the preview must be pointed out before approval.

As an example, if you requested a dolphin but the preview shows a shark, and the preview is approved as-is, the shark will be stitched onto the shirt because it was included in the approved design.

**Approval Means Ready to Stitch**
After you approve the preview, the order moves into production, and the design can no longer be edited. Approval confirms that you have reviewed the design and agree for the shirt to be embroidered based on the preview shown.

Thread colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, and variations between devices. While every effort is made to accurately represent each color, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

Digital renderings, mockups, and AI-assisted images are provided for visual reference only and may not be an exact representation of the finished product. Artificial intelligence and digital editing tools may be used to help create product previews, backgrounds, styling, or personalized design examples.

Colors, embroidery placement, thread texture, font appearance, sizing, proportions, materials, and other details may vary slightly on the completed item. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen settings.

AI-generated or digitally edited images may occasionally show minor inconsistencies or details that are not included with the actual product. Please refer to the written product description, measurements, and customization selections for the most accurate product information.

Because each personalized item is individually created, slight variations are normal and are not considered defects. By placing an order or approving a digital proof, you acknowledge and accept that the finished product may differ slightly from the digital rendering.
