All sales are final. Sail Stitch LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Many of our products are custom-made or personalized specifically for each customer. Please carefully review all order details before submitting your purchase, including:

• Names, initials, monograms, and spelling
• Dates and personalized wording
• Product sizes and colors
• Thread and design selections
• Shipping information

Sail Stitch LLC is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer. Items produced according to the details submitted with the order are not eligible for a refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit.

Incorrect Items

The only exception to our all-sales-final policy is when Sail Stitch LLC sends an item that is different from what was ordered.

Please contact us using the contact form on our home page within three calendar days of delivery and include:

• Your name and order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item received
• A photograph of the packaging, when applicable

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide instructions and send the correct item at no additional cost. If the correct item is unavailable, a refund may be issued for the affected item.

Items should not be returned without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because materials may be purchased and work may begin shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been submitted.
